Love was in the air… | A Calgary Winter Engagement Session

These two wonderful people are so in love.
He waits for her and helps her in anyway possible.  She watches out for him and gazes at him lovingly as he dotes on her.
Sometimes when you meet a couple you can tell instantly that they are perfect for each other.  They just fit together perfectly like two pieces of a puzzle that complete a beautiful image.
Heather and Andre are two delightful people who were lucky enough to find each other in this big, vast world.  We shot this session at Fish Creek Park in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and it happened to also be on the first snowfall of the year.  The snow was perfect – just enough to cover some of the area but not so heavy that it overwhelmed the session.  Big fantastic flakes were floating down and catching on our eyelashes and it made for a very magical session – as if love was in the air.  Over all though, the love shining bright from this couple was the main focus of the afternoon.

I look really forward to capturing their wedding next summer – if they shine as bright as they did today the sky will be electric.
