Courtney and Mark’s Fall Wedding at Canyon Ski Hill in Red Deer, Alberta

That could have been one of the best highlights ever when discussing wedding photography.  There were SO MANY sheep – hired (well the owner was hired) to keep the grass at a reasonable length over the summer months.  I love sheep and they proved to be a beautiful addition to the wedding, especially at those key points where the bride and groom are supposed to say romantic and everlasting things to each other and instead of the bride and groom answering all you hear is a “BAAAAAAAA.”  Little moments like that make events special and Courtney and Mark’s Wedding was a very special event indeed.

The day was tailored by Mrs. Kaylene Horvey from Apple of Your Eye Wedding and Event Coordination and it was to die for.  Courtney and Mark’s Wedding had the most beautiful decor and entertainment.  The room looked breathtaking, but was no match for Courtney as she greeted her groom and the love of her life to be bonded together forever.

It was such an honor and so much fun working with this couple and their wedding party, despite it being a pretty chilly day outside everyone did awesome.  It is never pleasant to be cold and having your pictures taken as if you were standing on a nice warm beach, but this couple did a fantastic job!  Thank you to both of you for allowing First Blush Photography – Wedding Photography to share in your day and help you create memories that you will love and cherish forever.
