Shedden Family Session in Calgary | Red Deer Photography

This past June I had the astute pleasure to photograph this beautiful family and check in with this little man since I did his newborn session a year ago.  He is so chubby and delightful and both Terri and Darryl seem as much in love as they did when I first saw them together.  A parents job is to be devoted to their children and these two love little Mr. A.  My goodness he is just such a squish – and those super long eyelashes…it made the Shedden Family Session in Calgary just the creme de la creme.

This little guy LOVES nature – and really why not.  Fresh air, multiple leaves and other random things to pick up as we went along during the session and Mom and Dad adoring him the entire time.  As a mother and a social worker who worked in Child Welfare for so many years, it is always so beautiful to see a child adored as much as little Mr. A.  He is completely doted on and you can see from not only that beautiful skin – did you check those stylish jeans???  I have known mom since we were in Grade 5 (no need to go back and calculate years…) and it has been so much fun keeping in touch through mostly Facebook as this wonderful family lives in Calgary and I live all the way near Red Deer.  Our relationship has always been fun and very honest and I couldn’t be more honest saying how beautiful her family is.

Thank you again Terri for the opportunity to photograph the life you have created with your handsome husband and adorable little man.  It is so rewarding to enjoy watching my friends mature, grow and create an adult life – because as kids who the heck thought much about being ‘adult’.  I still shutter some days thinking about that term, but knowing that most of us are exactly where we were meant to be makes my heart full.

All my love my friend,

Suzie
