True love is the reason people book Suzanne Taylor Photography for many sessions. You don’t hire a photographer after all to photograph things you hate…well normally. You hire a photographer to capture a second in time that you want to always remember – usually with the loved ones that surround us and that we live to love everyday. It is in fact a thought that goes through my mind at least once during every session that if I make people laugh and they are genuine in the moment then the pictures that the family will have forever, for you never know what tomorrow will bring.
This session was a very special session for a good friend of mine that I made since our triplets came into our world. She has twins that came via a very special way and these two children are the light of her and their Daddy’s life. There is no faking the love and affection that this family has for each other and you can literally see it in these images. That young lady LOVE’s her Daddy and there is no doubt that sweet little boy only has eyes for his Mama…well…and me – that young man is quite the flirt. I love seeing raised eyebrows and glassy eyes as little ones stare at the camera. Both kids LOVE the camera and it makes such a fun environment to capture images in.
Nothing slows these kids down either. It is a fact. I have photographed this beautiful family two times now and each time those kids get faster and faster and harder to keep up with. They love to run, play and entertain each other – then get annoyed but a second later forgive and appreciate the moment. I know what it is like to be the referee in a home full of toddlers and it is VERY hard work, but the love that spills over as the cup becomes fuller each day is so very worth it. These children are loved and that is EXACTLY what I aimed to capture – and I think I did that. The parents love each other tremendously, the kids love each other tremendously and the interactions between adults and kids are exactly what they should be. Filled with that special brand of True Love that parents can dish out no matter how stressed, tired and exhausted they are.
I hope that these pictures are loved and taken care of for a very long time in this home and that the images of a perfect little boy and a perfect little girl are always only a second from your heart and minds.
